Please see below for current Scottish Government guidance on Tradespeople carrying out work in the current lockdown period;
Work carried out in people’s homes - for example by tradespeople carrying out repairs and maintenance, cleaners, or those providing paid-for childcare in a child’s home - can continue, provided that the worker has no coronavirus symptoms.
Where possible due to current supplier restrictions I will be carrying out work in line with this guidance. To support social distancing, customers will be asked to vacate the area I will be working in and where required I will wear gloves and mask. Additionally appropriate measures will be taken to clean down surfaces such as windows and doors that have been repaired/installed with disinfectant wipes at the end of the job.
If someone in your household has symptoms, it is recommended to delay the work unless it is an emergency repair, in these circumstances I must be advised in advance of attending your property.
